Should cards retire?

Hi,


So should we have a real hall of fame, for cards that become super op... More than normal wild power levels, so wild stays fun and competitive.
Maybe they still can be used in brawls, arena, and dungeon runs.
Of course I am not talking about just strong or overly used cards. Really broken ones, that break the meta.
What you guys think? Opinion on such a thing?
